Magdalena provides you with expert advice and treatment for any breast disorder.  Being part of Mercy Breast clinic as well as the busy South Auckland Breast Clinic for over a decade, she has now treated over a thousand women with breast cancer, and has a deep appreciation of the challenges of the journey. Magdalena has the experience and knowledge to support you in your treatment.  She manages all forms of common breast conditions, as she encounters these on an almost daily basis:

• Breast Cancer

• Symptoms such as Breast Lumps or Nipple discharge

• High risk family history

Magdalena performs surgery for all forms of breast disease, including breast cancer and lymph node surgery.  She work in a multidisciplinary team environment - with specialist oncologists and specialist nurses, who are crucial to supporting women with breast disease.  She can offer a range of oncoplastic skills - these aim to treat the cancer safely, while giving consideration to aesthetic outcomes.  Where appropriate, she also works with a plastic surgeon to gain the best cosmetic result for patients.  This is termed 'two team' approach oncoplastic surgery and ensures that you get the best cancer care as well as a full range of plastic surgical reconstructive options where required.  Magdalena does not perform purely cosmetic procedures like breast augmentation, when these are not associated with breast disease; She would refer to a plastic surgeon.  Her specialty is in the field of managing treating disease.
