BREAST SURGERY

I provide you with expert advice and treatment for any breast disorder.  Being part of Mercy Breast clinic as well as the busy South Auckland Breast Clinic for over a decade, I have now treated hundreds of women with breast cancer, and have a deep appreciation of the challenges of the journey. I have the experience and knowledge to support you in your treatment.  I manage all forms of common breast conditions, as I encounter these on an almost daily basis:

• Breast Cancer

• Symptoms such as Breast pain, Breast Lumps or Nipple discharge

• High risk family history

I perform surgery for all forms of breast disease, including breast cancer and lymph node surgery.  I work in a multidisciplinary team environment - with specialist oncologists and speciliasty nurses, who are curcial to supporting women with breast disease.  Where appropriate, I work with a plastic surgeon to gain the best cosmetic result for my patients.  This is termed 'two team' approach oncoplastic surgery and ensures that you get the best cancer care as well as a full range of plastic surgical options where required.  I do not perform purely cosmetic procedures like breast augmentation, when these are not associated with breast disease; I refer to a plastic surgeon.
